By accessing and using 727handyman.com ("the Website") or engaging Gabriel ("727 Handyman," "we," "our," or "us") for handyman services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
727 Handyman provides residential and commercial handyman, repair, maintenance, and remodeling services in Pinellas County, Florida and surrounding areas including Hillsborough, Manatee, and Hernando counties.
Gabriel is a master handyman — not a licensed electrician, plumber, or general contractor. For work requiring a licensed trade professional under Florida law, Gabriel will advise you accordingly. Major electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural work should be performed by a licensed Florida contractor.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. If additional work is discovered during the course of a project, Gabriel will discuss it with you and provide updated pricing before proceeding.
Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if the scope of work changes, unforeseen conditions arise, or materials costs fluctuate significantly. You will always be informed before any additional charges are incurred.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation
Gabriel works hard to be on time, every time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to schedule future work.
In the event Gabriel needs to reschedule due to weather, illness, or emergencies, you will be notified as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a new time.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Accepted payment methods will be discussed directly with Gabriel.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as allowed by Florida law.
6. Warranty on Workmanship
Gabriel stands behind his work. If something isn't right, he'll come back and make it right. Workmanship is warrantied for 90 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers labor only — manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are separate and passed through to you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the work performed.
7. Liability and Insurance
727 Handyman carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
You are responsible for ensuring that any work requested complies with applicable HOA rules, local building codes, and ordinances. Gabriel will advise on code compliance to the best of his knowledge but is not responsible for permits unless explicitly agreed in writing.
